COVID forced everyone online, but we'd already been investing in tech. Launched our client portal and went fully digital - made things way smoother for everyone involved.

Helped a mid-sized manufacturing company restructure their entire governance framework when they were prepping for acquisition. Identified compliance gaps that would've killed the deal, fixed them in 6 weeks. Deal closed at premium valuation.
M&A is where things get real. We handle everything from due diligence to closing, whether you're buying, selling, or merging. Our job is making sure you don't get burned on the details.
Represented a tech startup through acquisition by major US corp. Found buried IP issues during diligence that would've tanked value by 40%. Negotiated holdback structure that protected our client. They walked away with full purchase price.
When negotiations fail and you need to lawyer up for real. We handle breach of contract, shareholder disputes, partnership breakdowns - basically any business fight worth having. We're not afraid of the courtroom but we're smart enough to settle when it makes sense.
Defended a client in $5M breach of contract claim. Opposing counsel was aggressive, media was involved, whole nine yards. We countersued, found evidence of fraud, and flipped the script. Case settled with them paying our client $1.2M.
Good contracts prevent litigation. We draft and negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts, partnership deals - anything where you need iron-clad terms that actually protect you.
Client was about to sign a 10-year supply agreement with terrible termination clauses. We caught it, renegotiated terms, and added performance benchmarks. Two years later when supplier couldn't deliver, client walked away clean - saved them from bankruptcy.
Your IP is often your most valuable asset. We handle patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Also deal with licensing agreements and IP disputes when someone's stepping on your turf.
Software company discovered former employee started competing business using their code. We moved fast - got injunction within 72 hours, froze their operations, and negotiated settlement that included IP transfer and non-compete. Problem eliminated.
Employment law is a minefield. We help companies with hiring practices, employment contracts, terminations, workplace investigations, and everything in between. Also represent execs in negotiations and departures.
Company needed to let go underperforming VP but had weak documentation. We built proper performance improvement plan, documented everything by the book, and structured exit package that avoided litigation. VP signed release, no lawsuit, everyone moved on.
